Dale is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in process improvement and project management. He is a team player with a passion for delivering impactful value-added solutions for his clients.

Dale and I both worked together for several years. He was diligent about preparing the team for those meetings, and following up with prospects. He also ran several initiatives to share knowledge and improve processes for all of the senior managers. Employee development was also an area of interest to him, where he worked to clarify and document career paths. I had the pleasure of working with Dale for 4 years developing the systems engineering process documentation at Glenn Research Center. The activity involved developing organizational policy documents for compliance with NASA policy. During the development of the organizational policy documentation Dale would interact with various members of the Glenn organization to develop an understanding of the existing "way of doing business", compare it to NASA policy requirements, and work to develop a policy document in keeping with both. His knowledge in the area of organizational functionality and policy development was a great asset that enabled the development of organizational business practices that the engineering staff felt were useful and understandable.

As a result of the exceptional work Dale did for the systems engineering organization, he was hired to develop the organizational policy documentation for the aeronautics program/project management organization as well as program documentation for several of the aeronautics programs. Dale's understanding of organizational policy development and his ability to work with people makes him a valuable asset to any team interested in becoming a high performing team.

Dale is a great asset to our team and has been able to single-handedly lead a number of key process development activities form beginning to end. He is an integral part of the success of our team.
